  • Overall scope of the role:

    We are looking for a Computer Vision Scientist to help design, test and build CV systems for commercial applications. You are diligent, technical-minded and business-savvy; able to dig in, conduct research and write code but also connect and translate technical innovation to commercial success and customer engagement. Your experience covers many areas of Computer Vision; Deep Learning Systems, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Programming and Software Architecture.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing computer vision systems for research and commercial applications

    • Writing software code, taking computer vision code and recreating it in commercial software languages

    • Performing quality assurance on software with a great eye for detail

    • Writing documentation for customers, support or engineering

    • Conducting research in a thorough, methodology-based way

    • Publishing research papers and helping develop patent submissions

    • Presenting at conferences and speaking, submitting for awards and lists

    • Conducting benchmarking and performance tests, writing up results in a compelling way

    • Collaborating on other ideas, tasks and projects with the team

    Necessary skills:

    • Candidates will need to have a MS/PhD from top notch CS programs with industry experience

    • Experience and familiarity with current research in computer vision and machine learning

    • Working knowledge of various ML model architectures (Caffe, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc) and hyper-parameter tuning

    • Experience and knowledge of the different deep network architectures e.g. ResNets, SSD, Yolo, U-Net, etc

    • Experience and knowledge in various CV capabilities e.g. object detection, classification, object tracking, etc.

    • Low level performance optimization of deep learning systems

    • Experience in training, tuning, deploying, and operationalizing ML models

    • Experience and knowledge of programming languages e.g. Python, C/C++, etc

    • Experience and knowledge of AWS AI/ML stack and Github. Knowledge of Docker a plus

    • Troubleshooting performance issues and contributing to a timely resolution

    • Experience of wearing multiple hats (research, engineering and support) in a start-upenvironment

    • Familiarity with coding and performance-tuning ML pipeline involving large datasets in a collaborative project environment

    • Great communication and teamwork skills

    • Passion about techniques and solving challenging problems

  • Overall scope of the role:

    We’re looking for a person who enjoys learning new things, understanding their inner workings, and then attempts to break them. Ability to track and organize large quantities of data is critical for a success in this role, as is the ability to define and check a regression criteria for a variety of products.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work closely with development teams to develop and maintain a test database.

    • Execute and track test cases on a product release schedule.

    • Direct and track efforts of others on the team during test cycles.

    • Find and report bugs clearly to development teams, with sufficient detail and steps to reproduce.

    • Implement automation for long running tests using scripting and APIs.

    • Develop creative ways to break hardware and software before our customers do!

    • Work with customers to isolate and troubleshoot field issues, and drive problems to resolution.

    • Hire and train staff, and mentor existing team members.

    Requirements:

    • Computer Science or Data Analytics or Mathematics background preferred. Other scientific backgrounds will be considered.

    • Must be comfortable around scripting languages (Python, shell scripting, etc)

    • Communication skills both in written and verbal form are imperative for the role.

    • Must possess high energy, highly engaged, a passionate champion for the standards that go into delivering the market’s best offering. Also be a creative and strategic thinker, working comfortably in a highly collaborative environment and be effective in a constantly evolving environment.   • Overall scope of the role:

    We are looking for a Customer Engineer to obsess about customer improvements, opportunities, and challenges. We want you to help deliver helpful, insightful support to our customers by assisting with installs, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs. This role’s career path leads to opportunities in our engineering team as well as a senior support or management role, depending on your desires. You will work side-by-side with engineering and product management to scope technical sales opportunities and respond to community inquiries. You must have a passion for great customer experience balanced with strong technical skills.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Managing and triaging customer inquiries via our ticketing system, web-chat, Slack, Discord, and email

    • Troubleshooting issues in a proactive, professional way

    • Developing a thorough understanding of Sighthound platforms and solutions

    • Demonstrating solutions to potential customers, learning customer challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements

    • Creating FAQs, helping build our online community, and writing support documentation

    • Configuring small networks and systems

    • Reproducing customer issues

    • Escalating problems to the engineering team for resolutions

    • Helping with quality assurance (QA) testing of our solutions

    Necessary skills:

    • 1+ years’ experience in customer support or other technical customer-facing roles

    We are looking for Business Development representative to develop new business in the Americas. You are someone with a strong track record of selling SaaS solutions and managing a pipeline. The essence of this role is to identify and qualify new leads, develop revenue opportunities, proactively manage the selling process and close the sale in both existing and new accounts. You must have a strong network and people skills, the ability to connect with prospects, build relationships.     Key responsibilities:

    • Manage key client relationships and grow share of wallet (retention and development) for strong satisfaction and loyalty

    • Build new client relationships (acquisition), open new doors to win “greenfield” accounts through cold calling prospects, networking, and referrals

    • Utilise HubSpot CRM diligently for an accurate picture of deals and customers

    • Develop compelling pitches, door openers, email templates and business presentations that generate leads and close business

    • BANT qualify leads and scope opportunities clearly, finding a fit between client objectives and the Sighthound portfolio

    • Prepare quotes and SOWs customized to each opportunity, ultimately negotiating, and closing the deals

    • Deliver customer presentations and demos to educate prospective clients on our value proposition, key differentiators, and how we solve their pain points

    • Increase our lead to win conversion rates, reduce sales cycle times and look for opportunities for “low hanging fruit”

    We are looking for an Business Development Rep to use their sales, negotiation and data skills to grow Sighthound revenue.     Key responsibilities:

    • Follow up with inbound leads through the company CRM (Hubspot) to qualify and scope opportunities, schedule demos and build rapport.

    • Work efficiently to quote customers and close deals, support both the SaaS self-service funnel and the Enterprise funnel deals.

    • Support Sellers by build proposals and presentations, clearly expressing ideas in a compelling way.

    • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation, the ability to spot elevant opportunities and aligned needs.

    • Support the other Sellers within Sighthound to develop strategies to build lists of prospects for outbound marketing activities.You’ll build account lists and email templates. You’re not afraid of cold calling and are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    • Diligently and passionately manage accounts by building customer relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services.

    • Keep data clean and build reports with a great attention to detail so the data is up to date, insightful and good for decision making including forecasting.

    • You will meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.

    • Work from time to time with partners as an extended channel sales with support, training and quotes.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in a fast-growing tech company developing and nurturing new business and managing the sales cycle.

    • Reputation for success in solution selling and a customer-obsessed mindset.

    • Required expertise in using Hubspot CRM and strong technical aptitude across Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with other sales tools like Seamless, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, Databox a plus.
