Rubbish

by seanog » Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:32 pm

Being as I am being ignored, could I have my money back please. Never worked for more than a few days. Spent hours on this deleting & installing cameras. Can't send "report a problem" but this is ignored as well.

Perhaps they dont like your passive aggressive attitude. I'd guess your other requests for support were similar. Learn to ask nicely.

you did not post what the problem is?
you did not post your spec/graphic card and OS,
these are a must when dealing with any kind of VIDEO software, there very picky and intense on your pc.
if there is a problem 9 times out of 10 its the graphic card.
you spent hours on deleting the install
did you have your pc plugged in?
you had it working for a few days did you do any windows update, try roll back driver or restore point to see if its back working
