issue with iphone x

All is working fine on iMac and iPad and was on iPhone.

Iphone disconnected and now I can't reconnect. I re-installed the app but no success, not sure what to do next, any ideas ???

Hello,

Are you still able to connect to remote access with the iPad ever since the iPhone disconnected? Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling the application? Are you receiving any error messages, if so what are they?
