FTP files have zero data

FTP files have zero data
I have a Synology FTP setup and it has worked well with sighthound for the last several years. I noted today that all recordings since July 22 have no data. I checked the test FTP upload on one of my cameras and it worked fine, and I can access the Synology from the network. Note the uploaded text file = 90bytes, so it is successful. Why is Sighthound loading up empty MP4s? Any ideas?

Are you still experiencing issues with the FTP setup? If so, can you go ahead and send Sighthound Support a bug report? You can submit a bug report by clicking "Help > Report a problem."
